Why that character?

Hello, Lovino here.
I was once told that the character you choose to RP can say a lot about a person. So, taking this and the chance to get to know each other;
Why did you choose to RP {insert character name here}?


You don't have to go into personal details. Keep it light, if you can. This topic is just for a friendly chat.

I chose to rp Austria for a few reasons. Mostly because I felt that he would be easy for me to rp because I like the character and know him quite well; it's fun to be all reserved when talking and because he was available to rp.

I chose to RP España because it's my home country. ^ . ^
And he's also my favourite of Hetalia!
I managed to be him on this forum and I was real happy!

I've been rping Ivan for a looong time now, but I usually try a bunch of new stuff with him each time. I find it super fun to rp as him. I cosplay him too, and before I rped or cosplayed I wrote fics about him. He's kind of implanted himself into my brain. One part of my brain just thinks like him now. XD

I will have you know, Ivan, that I only have a tendency to be tsundere.
Though yes, that might just be why xD

Mine is much the same here; it's because one part of my brain is now warped to think like Lovino. I cosplay him and read fanfictions about the little Italian for hours on end. The main reason I choose to rp him is due to our similarities.

We act very similar and both feel the same way about our siblings. I also love being a character that can curse just because it's in his nature.
Plus he is one of my favourite characters.

Oh yeah bro don't get me started on the fact that Ivan is like my favourite character ever!


As for Alt, who I actually forgot to mention before, I created him for a history-based forum to prompt me to learn more about Pakistan. He's just sort of developed from there in crack rp after crack rp. He's probably the character I have the most fun rping, out of any fandom or out of any of my OCs. XD Everybody hates him ic and loves him ooc.

Australia

Being Australian and not knowing any other character well enough to rp back when I started is why i chose aussie. I love rping him, he's so silly, strong, cheeky, brave, relaxed, cheerful but hides a very dark past that few no about, many australians dont even realise just how tragic and terrible it really was. I enjoy rping him for so many reasons, he brings out my weird sense of humour that was shaped by Monty Python, aussie humour of course and Mel Brooks lol.

I have such a long headcanon of him and all the time the way I rp him evolves ^^

Wales

IDK I love welsh accents and I love a red head. Wales is quirky but romantic idk I love rping him too ^^ and I love his slang!
